Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 30, 2026

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after delivery except as expressly provided under the 5-Year Performance Guarantee described in the Terms of Use.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all AdrianMedici products, software materials, educational content, guides, workflows, digital deliverables, support communications, and related resources unless a different written agreement expressly states otherwise.

2. What Counts as Delivery

Delivery includes, without limitation, the sending or provision of any code, file, document, guide, written explanation, workflow, email package, setup instruction, access information, support material, or other digital content. Once any part of the purchased product has been delivered, the sale is final unless the purchaser later qualifies under the 5-Year Performance Guarantee.

3. No Refunds After Delivery

Once delivery has occurred, no refund, cancellation, reversal, return, exchange, credit, or partial refund will be provided. The sole exception to this policy is the 5-Year Performance Guarantee described in the Terms of Use. If all conditions of that guarantee are met, a full refund plus $10,000 will be issued.

4. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction or Buyer-Side Issues

No refund will be granted due to dissatisfaction, misunderstanding, change of mind, delay in implementation, lack of use, lack of technical knowledge, user error, inability to configure the system, failure to follow instructions, broker issues, TradingView plan issues, automation tool issues, compatibility issues outside our control, market conditions, trading losses, or disagreement with the methodology or educational content. These matters do not override the final-sale nature of the transaction and do not create a refund right except under the explicit conditions of the 5-Year Performance Guarantee.

5. Buyer Responsibility Before Purchase

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the website, form acknowledgments, pricing communication, operational requirements, legal terms, and delivery scope. You are responsible for deciding whether the product suits your needs before making payment.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback, card dispute, bank reversal, processor claim, or similar payment dispute after delivery except where clearly required by non-waivable law. If you believe a billing error or unauthorized transaction occurred, you must contact [email protected] first and allow a reasonable opportunity for review. AdrianMedici may use these terms, your acknowledgments, delivery records, and related communications to contest improper disputes.

7. Guarantee Claims

Any purchaser seeking relief under the 5-Year Performance Guarantee must comply fully with all conditions, documentation requirements, deadlines, and verification procedures stated in the Terms of Use. Failure to satisfy any condition disqualifies the claim. No partial compliance results in a partial refund.

8. Termination of Access or Support

If a purchaser initiates an improper payment dispute, redistributes the materials, or otherwise breaches the Terms of Use, AdrianMedici may immediately suspend or terminate access to materials, support, communications, and any future updates without refund, except as may be required if the purchaser later proves full compliance with the 5-Year Performance Guarantee.
